Some of us found out the hard way that you have to cook the weed (usually in butter) first or it won’t actually get you high.
That’s because heating the THCa naturally found in all cannabis – like when you smoke, vape, or cook it– changes its chemical structure into the THC we all know and love.
This process, called decarboxylation by the lab coats, is why our pre-rolls are as real as you can get anywhere- only ours are legal and don’t require awkward chats with your sketchiest friend.
How are we able to send real cannabis flower straight to your house?
It’s all thanks to a little loophole in the 2018 Farm Bill.
Under this bill, THCa is technically legal because the fine print only focuses specifically on THC levels in hemp.
This means that, as long as it’s derived from hemp and not already heated/converted into THC, THCa is completely legal (and you can light it up and convert it yourself ).
We source everything we use from federally legal hemp, in full compliance with all federal regulations, which means we’ve got you covered.
So legal, you can bring it on a domestic flight.
